  I recently bought auto insurance from at the Biscoe Insurance Group, Inc.; most of all I got the sense they really know their stuff. I'm taking the time to write this review because I work with insurance policy claims everyday and I know the value of a good insurance agent. If you are in the Austin area and need Auto,Home,Business Insurance...I recommend them...they are very knowledgeable and know that good insurance is about more than saving a few dollars a month with the cheapest insurance deal...they sells insurance at a great price that will be there when you need it.

Christina was fast and helpful and made the process painless. I was able to get more coverage at lower rates than I had before. Plus, I had coverage within an hour.   I have been with Biscoe Insurance Group, Inc. since Scott started his agency in Lubbock. So when he moved to Austin, I followed. When I first signed up with Scott for auto insurance, I had a liability only policy on an old truck. Since then, I’ve added a new truck, another car, a husband and a baby, which means home and life insurance! Scott and his staff have always been good to us and have always looked out for us as our family situations change. Whenever we call in with another change, the staff is always friendly and helpful. We will be with Biscoe Insurance for a long time!”
