  This review is for the Brush32 @N Bell Blvd location. I typically NEVER leave a bad review for anyone but this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The front staff Manager Sarah has been very unprofessional and rude. Lies Lies Lies!!!!! She would just lie straight on your face just to hide her mistakes. Every time I spoke to her about my payment questions, I always felt hurried and never given proper response. She expects the patients just to pay whatever number she shows you on the paper without even asking a question about it. When I once asked her about $ from my estimate, she literally gave me an outdated piece of paper and told me to refer it by myself. She claims herself that she is busy enough that she can't spend a minute for any question. I wonder why being in the front desk when one cannot answer a valid question. My payment plan ran past the scheduled time. When asked about it, she simply told that she had no idea why it happened. No apology or nothing. She wouldn't even let you to talk, simply raises her voice and treats very low of any patients. I had multiple instances where in I felt very discriminated. I am not sure if she did this to me due to any racial differences or she is plain rude to everybody. It boggles my mind that one could continuously mistreat a customer in this 21st century where customer service is hailed so high. I regret the decision to go with Brush32 leaving out from my regular dentist. They are all about money. Right at the first appointment, they gave me an estimate for multiple procedures. I decided to go with the treatment plan based on their estimate but they kept changing it and finally I ended paying more than I expected. They tend to hike up their estimates so extra money is always laying at their end. Even after my insurance overpaid for my procedure, I had to remind them through multiple calls just to get my balance corrected. When it comes to payment from the customer, they charge it on point (in my case they even let my payment plan run past the schedule time) but when it comes to refunds, they say that it is not in their control and always points at other departments for it to be reviewed. I have been waiting for months to get my refund.
