- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have gone to this office for 8 years and I made an appt a month and a half in advance, giving my new insurance to them the day I made the appt. With my appt being tomorrow morning after a month and a half of waiting they decide to call me the day before my appt and tell me that my insurance is out of network and unless I want to pay out of pocket I have to cancel my appt. They should have told me this when I made the appt and gave them my insurance info, over a month ago. I have now waited a month and a half for nothing. They don't care about their patients at all.
