- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After being a customer for several years, when we needed them the most, they will not return phone calls. After a severe auto accident we have tried repeatedly to reach this company and there is only an answering service to take calls. Nobody ever returned our call so we have dealt directly with the insurance company - and will definitely take our business to a different agent.
