  Such a great team!! My old vet in Round Rock was not as up with the times as this Banfield team is! They always call to remind me of my appointments, show great attention to detail and make sure my dogs and I are ALL at ease each time we come in. They really take the time to listen and don't rush through appointments just to get to the next on the list. Great staff!

  I've had the Banfield Wellness Plan since I got my first dog a couple of years ago and have since placed my other pets on the wellness plan due to the amazing vets at the Lakeline and Mueller locations. However, I'm terribly upset at this location and especially with Dr. Nguyen. My oldest dog had eye problems for over a month and had gotten a laceration about two weeks ago. Instead of immediately referring me to a specialist, Dr. Nguyen played the "wait and see" game with antibiotics. It wasn't until my second follow-up with Dr. Nguyen that he finally referred me to a specialist where I was told my dog's eye was completely gone. Had he referred me right after the laceration, my dogs eye could have been saved. I now have to pay $2000+ for his surgery that could have been completely avoided. I've lost faith in the vets in this location and will be returning to my Lakeline Banfield even if it is a drive.
