- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The support staff and nurses are all wonderful. Dr. Broder seems very in and out and like he doesn't have time for you. My most recent follow up he didn't even remember what I had done. He didn't even look at my tailbone which was the whole point of the procedure, because a surgery left my tailbone puffy. It still has a little puffiness. I wasn't even given final before and after pictures or measurements. I trusted them with something very big and feel like service went down with time, then they don't even look at the area I went there for to begin with..... unfortunate.
