  Most of the employees here would rather be doing anything else. This location is almost always out of whatever I need, and no one seems to know if or when it will be in stock or ordered. You're better off driving the 2 minutes over to Petco.

  Took my dog here to get groomed and we will not be back. their customer service is terrible. The lady helping me with check in was not friendly at all, I felt like an inconvenience to her even though we had an appointment. I was talked in to upgrading the grooming service because of a special they were running and she quoted me $56. But I ended up paying over $70. The lady helping me when I picked my dog up had terrible customer service as well, she never made eye contact and barely said anything to me. And to top it off, they had cut my dog's leg. I will definitely be finding a new groomer.
